When you receive an incoming call it is possible to have it automatically open the client/customer associated with the number in your web based CRM software.

Below are the instructions for getting this to work with Capsule CRM.

1. Make sure the Chrome extension is already installed and configured. See Installing the Chrome extension for more information.

2. Open the Chrome extension and navigate to the preferences and settings tab.

3. Click on the 'Screen Popping' button then turn on the 'Incoming calls' option.

4. You will need to enter the URL into the text box which will look like this:

http://mycompany.capsulecrm.com/parties?q=[callerid]

Change mycompany to your Capsule site address.

5. Click 'Save'.

Now when you have an incoming call, you will see a notification like the one below.

Clicking on the notification will open Capsule with any matching people or companies.
