Q. We have many outbound extensions/trunks setup which connect directly with our PBX (Elastix) but I am having problems setting up the inbound routes. Do you have the inbound settings I need to put into my elastix trunk to enable the inbound routing.
A. In your inbound route settings, you should only need to enter values for "DID Number" and "Destination". The important thing is the format of "DID Number", which should begin 44 - for example, 441212854400.
