While we do make every effort to streamline the process, porting timescales can vary depending on how quickly we receive the correct documentation from yourself and agreement from your current telecoms provider. Between 7 and 14 days is typical for a single line port, but exceptional circumstances may delay the process. The lead time will also vary depending on the type of line from which the number(s) are being ported, with some more complex ports taking longer.
