Q. I would like to interrogate the call logs from the web site to link into our own work management system.

Is there a way to do this using an API for the website, or http requests to the sipcentric.com website, or do we have to get the information from the IP phones themselves?

A. We do have a RESTful API in a public Beta, which would allow you to do this.

There is no documentation publicly available for the API at the moment, but we do have a development group (http://goo.gl/4wr84y) where you can get code samples and ask questions about the API.
