Q. Calls I make to international numbers don't connect.
A. International calling is disabled by default on all new accounts for security reasons. Any calls made to international numbers, before international calling has been enabled, will fail immediately and not connect.
If you would like to start making international calls from your account, just give our support team a call on 0330 120 1200, or send an email to email@example.com, and we would be happy to enable them for you.
